  Really impressed with their property manager. As a landlord I was assured that my property was being taken care of and was advised instantly of any issues that required addressing which we then authorised. Excellent communication, prompt and competent, well organised.

  For MONTHS my bf and I have tried to book a date with these guys to inspect a house we fell in love with, we tried calling and emailing so many times with them promising they would call or email us back but they never did. The house we fell in love with is now under offer and we are so crushed we weren't even given a chance.
  
  Don't bother doing business with these guys unless you want to be ignored and lied to.

  Great place for a walk. Quiet area with a few cottages, pier and the castle ruin. I take my dog there and the drive is nice from West Kilbride. They have also opened up some of the rooms of the ruin which gives information of it's history- quite interesting.

  Heads up for landlord
  Don’t waste your money and time. They end up ruin your property. This property manager knows nothing about the legislation she has to follow. Happily she gives you misinformation. Every time I talk to RTA, they told me there is no such things. She made up own rules and things she doesn’t want she doesn’t commit. Was asking her for months to send us inspection reports ,end up she sent us made up inspection reports which she never be my rental property on the day. poor paperworks the day on documents don’t match, endless lie etc.
  Even the principal she doesn’t understand the legislation correctly. Best advice is talk to RTA first before ask anything to this real estate agent.

  Today we settled on a property North of Murgon. Ian Newson has supported us the whole way through this journey. He is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with.
